Clients reviews about Rock Chip Hero

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Rock Chip Hero saved the day! I had a nasty chip in my windshield and was worried it would spread, but they got me in super fast and had it repaired in no time. You can barely even tell there was any damage to begin with! The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. Plus, the pricing was more than fair—way better than having to replace the whole windshield. It’s clear these guys know what they’re doing and genuinely care about their customers. If you’ve got a chip or crack, don’t wait—call Rock Chip Hero. They’re fast, professional, and local. Definitely a 5-star experience! 🦸‍♂️🛻💥 ~ Sticker S

I was hit by some flying gravel and had a pretty gnarly crack that was steadily creeping up my windshield and it was stressing me out. I am so glad I brought my car to Rock Chip Hero!! My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner, because it's amazing how much better it looks! Also, it's very comforting having the piece of mind that it's no longer actively spreading. (And the warranty is a great bonus!) 10/10 recommend ~ Laci N

10/10 will be recommending to all friends and family in the future Devan helped us as soon as we pulled up got us taken care of super quickly and didn’t charge us an arm and a leg pervious quotes were 170$ Devan took care of us for 50$ with a life time warranty! he was so kind and extremely professional! We will definitely use rock chip hero and Devan for all future work we need done to our windows! ~ Paige B

Devin did an amazing job. I had several dings and I did the stupid thing and tried to fill them myself. He was very upfront with the potential of what it might look like since I had already tried myself. The end result was 10 times better than my work. I should've just gone to him in the first place. Highly recommend, very knowledgeable and friendly and upfront. ~ Toby D

Devan is an awesome guy. Very transparent with how he is going to go about repairing the chip/crack. Our chip actually turned into a 10" crack. Another place said I would have to completely replace the windshield but Devan said as long as one side of the crack is no more than 14", he could repair it. His repair was clean as could be with the large crack and we are very happy with the results! ~ Isaac S

This is the third time I’ve used rock chip hero. Their work is excellent. I was serviced this time by Curtis. He answered a plethora of questions. And explain the process step-by-step as he was performing the repair. I don’t carry full coverage on my cars. And for a large chip Repair like today’s, $79 is far more palatable than replacing a $500 windshield. Two thumbs up and high recommendations. ~ Daryle S

I chipped my windshield badly coming into town, safelight was zero help, but this guy fixed all my chips, on the spot, and even fixed some old repairs that were looking bad. Saved a huge quarter size chip from spreading, right in my line of sight, and it's almost invisible. He was so nice and polite. Even cleaned my buggy windshield. Gave me a receipt for my insurance. ~ Stephanie C

Gary is a very kind a knowledgeable man, we were looking at an already sealed chip and instead of trying to seal it twice and get paid he helped us find the chip we had heard that did need attention. Very quick and had nice conversation as well! Amazing work we can barely tell it was there in the first place. ~ McKenzie S

Devan is awesome! The cost for the chip repair was $50 less than other places I was quoted. Only $49 with Rock Chip Hero! He was open the day after Christmas. I was scheduled with someone else at another company and they cancelled. He fit me in charged me a lot less and I got it all fixed before I leave town. 10/10 would recommend! ~ Stephen E

My car got hit by a rock on the free way and I was worried about it cracking further. I was stressed trying to find somewhere that was open on Saturday and available quickly to fix it. But I found Devan! He was super helpful and efficient and his pricing is good too! Thank you for helping us out! Will be back if we have any more cracks! ~ Andreea B

Devan was professional, fast, and kind. I brought work expecting to make a couple phone calls while he did the repair, but he was so quick I didn't have time! While cleaning my entire windshield after the fix, he spotted another chip and fixed that one too! Will definitely come back to Rock Chip Hero if I have any more chipped windshields. ~ Hallie R

Very good communication, he let me know his process before he started any work so there are no surprises. From looking at my two chips I had filled, they looks great and I anticipate no issues holding up and keeping them from spreading. He was quick and had me on my way within 15 minutes. ~ B. T

Thanks for the great work. Nice guy. I stopped to see if my big rock chip was fixable, cause I thought it was too big to fix. He was confident he could and he did. And it looks great! Thank you so much. Saved me the cost of a new windshield. Much appreciated. ~ Allyson J

Super quick fix friendly explained everything to me to make sure I get reimbursed with my insurance. It was nice to drive up without an appointment to have my two rock chips fixed. It looks great. :) Will be back if needed for any of our vehicles. Devan was awesome thanks again !! ~ Ashley G

First off, excellent customer service! Great personality and very accommodating to every customer. Also seemed super honest and definitely cared about the work being done. Not only does it look a lot better, but I feel protected from splintering which I really appreciate! Thanks ~ Briauna M

Got a major chip with fracturing on the way to Nampa from Pocatello. I stopped here and they had the job done quick, couldn't have been more than 10 minutes and they made the damage look almost non existent all while being at a more affordable price compared to competitors. ~ Jacob R

The rock chip hero is my hero! He’s fixed two chips in my windshield now and both of them look awesome! Other places haven’t made my chips this invisible. And he really does only take 10 minutes! Sitting around for even an hour makes it hard when you’re busy. I would 10/10 recommend going to him! ~ Melanie E

Devan was amazing, he was very detailed when explaining what he would be doing and very detailed in explaining how to proceed post repair to make sure the results lasted. Quick, easy and lifetime guaranteed. Thank you Devan, you are an outstanding business man. ~ Lori W

They were great. Fixed my windshield! Can hardly see where the rock hit. Very happy with their work. I will be going back to them for future repairs. I seem to be a magnet for rocks on my windshield. I do highly recommend. ~ Cheryl A

Devan was so quick with my repair! I had 2 chips, and the repair was so affordable. The chips are way less noticeable, and I’m glad they won’t spread. He even cleaned my dirty windshield for me. Highly recommend! ~ Natalie O

Did a fantastic job on a bad chip I got the day after buying a new car. Super easy, quick, and pain free. He talked through everything he was doing and made sure I understood everything before and during! Great service, highly recommend. ~ Easton B

Devan was amazing he stayed after his closing time and waited for me to show up that’s amazing customer service that’s rare these days. It only took him 10 minutes and the quarter sized rock repair turned out great. ~ Natassja P

Always helping people, windshields quit cracking, saving a replacement. Driving in the valley long enough, will definitely get rock chips. Great company to get that taken care of before it spreads and cost a replacement. ~ Josh J

Absolutely fantastic! I had a GIANT circle crack that requires 5 holes to fill it in. Of course it would never go away, but he came pretty dang close!! I wish ai took a before and after pic. Thanks you so much! ~ Melanie P
